Program Description:

Come join the Tri-state area SIM chapters in expanding your SIM network within the metro area while simultaneously having the opportunity to gain from a seasoned executive sharing his global IT experience.

As businesses strive to manage through these challenging times, IT Governance has become an increasingly integral part of a strong corporate governance framework.  As business becomes more global, effective governance plays an even more critical role in sustaining and creating alignment between business strategy and IT strategy.

In this session, we'll discuss how to:

  • best achieve a broad understanding of IT governance issues and benefits across all business stakeholders
  • explore the challenges of implementing governance facing global technology leaders
  • incorporate effective governance as a key part of your overall IT strategy
  • implement strategies to successfully implement a global IT governance policy.
This event will be a collaborative effort among the SIM New York, New Jersey and Fairfield-Westchester chapters allowing our members the opportunity to not only hear a great presentation on a timely topic from a world class CIO, but also afford you the opportunity to network with your peers and develop new relationships with tri-state chapter members.

Please join us for a thought provoking and engaging evening.
Due to space considerations for this members-only event, seating is limited to 75 attendees for the entire metro area. Be sure to register early!
